FLAG FABRIC OPTIONS:
•Poly-Flag (4 oz. 115g) and Brilliant (125g): The most popular flag fabrics worldwide. These fabrics bring colors to life in the sun and gracefully fly in lower winds.
•Ship Flag (Mat finish 5.5 oz 150-160g): Ideal for the nautical industry, also known as Spun Poly, Polypro, or Poly Cotton.
•Brilliant Flag: A strong, heavy, and glossy flag fabric, perfect for showcasing blacks, silver, or gold colors.
•AirTex 120g: An excellent choice for banners and flags, offering low cost, high wind resistance, and tear resistance. It can be attached without finishing and is also used as fence wrap.
•Nylon Flag (7.5 oz 210D): An all-purpose flag fabric, more rigid than polyester, requiring more wind to fly.
•Pongee 100D (75g) and 150D (80g): Used for manifestations, providing low-cost bright prints for events and street rallies.
•Polyester 300D (120g): An all-purpose fabric, except for large flags. Ideal for Golf Flags, often mistaken for Nylon due to its durability and tight-knit mat finish, enabling high color and detail reproduction.
•Satin 70g: Used for decoration, voiles, and indoor settings, adding an elegant touch to any occasion.
FLAG PRINTING TERMS:
•SS (Single Sided): 1 ply fabric with the front printed. The image may be visible on the other side but generally less than 100%, depending on the fabric used.
•SR (Single Reverse): 1 ply fabric with both the front and back printed. The back is printed in "reverse" or mirror image.
•DS (Double Sided): Visual is correctly visible on both sides. It generally involves two fabric prints mounted back to back with a light-blocking liner. DS3P is a new sandwich material where the three layers form one smooth flat, light-blocking fabric, printable on both sides.
